Hi,
Last year my dad was awarded 2 years enhanced rate on both components after MR.
As it has been a year it is time to fill in the renewal form. He has a letter of support from his GP stating that there has been no change. If he sends the form back with the boxes ticked no change can you tell me how likely he is to be kept on it?

Have you actually received an AR1 Review form? Some claimants with two-year awards will be asked to re-apply about three months before their award ends.
If you have received the form and ticked no change then this should mean that his award should be renewed but I am afraid there is no guarantee of this, we haven't seen any statistics that cover this.

Yes I have the form I am going to sit down with my dad and do it tomorrow. I am hoping that as he has a GP letter he might not need a face to face.
