How long do you get to complete ESA3 form and return to DWP if the form was posted out on 24/9/18 - 28 days?

If there was no accompanying letter or the letter did not specify a return date then you need to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, there is no standard defined time for the return of this information.

Gordon - simply ESA3 form with date 24/9/18 in bottom corner. No accompanying letter - they posted out to me after I telephoned them on 24/9/18 to advise that my terminally ill husband had moved in with me. My next ESA payment is due 22/10/18 - is it possible they will suspend this payment until they have received the ESA 3 form?

They can if the form is not returned in time that's why you need to check when they want it back for.
