Does anybody have knowledge about people who were in receipt of SDA benefits before they reached 20 year's old before this benefit was abolished in 2001? With regards to those whom were medically assessed and classed as being 80% disabled and were then exempt from ever having to attend any Medicals.

Can you provide some context to the question? You refer to a medical but nobody on SDA is being assessed.
