I sent my completed ESA50 back on 29 August. When I sent my PIP form back I got a text telling me they had received it. I have heard nothing about ESA.

How long should I wait? Do I need to follow up?

There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process, you can check with Maximus, the Assessment Provider, for wait times in your area.
