in the most recent pip guide it says that the legal definitions and descriptors may be unlawful. this may apply to my wife is their any new information about the challenge to this as I am about to fill in SSC1 and not sure if to include anything about this. regards colin
The current legal definitions stand as they are documented in the PIP Claim guide so you should raise any issues in her Decision based on these or not if they are not applicable.
