PIP Assessment anomalies

I see. In the context of my assessment it is twice written ‘MSE indicates adequate memory and concentration.’ However I was not asked any of the questions you list nor anything remotely like them. Am so glad my husband was there with me to remember stuff like this. The more I find out, the more my heart sinks as to the fairness of the assessment and how to address it all.
