Hi, pip have refused to send me a copy of my assessment from 4 weeks 4 weeks ago saying it’s subject to the case managers scrutiny. They only sent me a consultation report PA4. Does anybody know about this please, as I find it very suspicious, does it mean they don’t believe me or are going to surveillance me or something. The worry of all this is making me extremely ill, making all my conditions worse. Please could someone advise me, thankyou in advance xx
