I’m waiting for my work capability Assessment for universal credit . Am I right thinking that if I get found as limited capability for work does that mean I am allowed to work and make a certain amount before it affects my universal credit payment ?
Ignoring the obvious contradiction of being found Unfit for Work and then immediately looking to seek work, yes, you can work for less than 16 hours under UC and retain your LCW status, Your income would obey the standard UC rules.
