If you don't include anything for this then it is very unlikely that you will score for it, providing you can add the content without delaying the return of your form then I would go for it.

Thanks for that Gordon,
Are there any points to be scored from it though?
When I've looked through the descriptors I can't see what points I might get.
I'll definitely include it if there's a chance of gaining anything from it.

It's not a strong argument for your scoring points they won't consider your ability to remember the information but whether you can understand it in the first place is part of the requirement, remember you will need to show that you are affected on the majority of days.
