ESA BACKPAYMENT was created by Star jacks
Hi i had the letter and form re ESA CB/IR underpayment from 2014 which i have filled out and sent off. Its been 6weeks now. Anyone know of the time scale of hearing a reply? Many thanks.

I would have expected you to have heard by now, I would chase the DWP for an update.

Thank you Gordon. I will do that then. I cannot talk on the phone very well is there an email address for DWP - ESA? ( There isnt one on my letter.)

I'm afraid the DWP will not communicate with claimants via email unless prearranged and only then in exceptional circumstances.
Is there anybody who could call on your behalf, you would need to be present to authorise the DWP to speak to the person.
