Louise

The Severe Disability Premium is paid with some Income Related benefits such as but not limited to, ESA(IR) and Income Support.

It is paid because the claimant is receiving an enabling benefit such as DLA MRC or HRC or PIP Daily Living, the claimant needs to live alone or be considered as living alone and no one must be receiving Carers Allowance against the enabling benefit.
