Hi - Thanks for this, I did eventually refresh and notice it was back up in it's 2018 form. Thank god! Good of you to be prepared, I certainly wasn't expecting my ESA, obviously got a tad too comfortable for a split-second.
The DWP kept telling me they'd send me another physical form and to 'just write in it and send it back', not understanding that I cannot write any longer. Nor do I trust them (or myself with cognitive difficulties) to word by word fill in the form with their medical-assessors.
