Certainly will go for an MR on length of appeal but not so sure in going all the way to appeal,dont think I have the energy for that

The HP has based the 1 year 6 month award solely on that I reported there might be an option for further surgery.This is not the case and I certainly never mentioned this at the f2f.There is no option for further surgery now or for forseeabke future in fact its something not even been discussed with GP or consultant.Even if there was I,d be lucky to see a consultant in that time never mind have surgery and recover
