Hello
I lost my case at a PIP tribunal in August.
At the end of the tribunal, the clerk handed me a Decision Notice, which stated I had been awarded 6 points for daily living, and 4 for mobility- obviously not enough to qualify for PIP.
I was reading through the Statement of Reasons today, and noticed that the SoR states that the Tribunal's decision was that I should be awarded 2 points for daily living, and 4 points for PIP. The SOR also referred incorrectly to the date of a letter of evidence.
Is this inaccuracy enough for me to contest the decision? I have been trying in vain to see a benefits advisor, but they all seem to be so busy, and I am running out of time now.
Many thanks.
