ESA - Regulations 29 & 35 was created by Holly
Can anyone tell me if Regulations 29 & 35 with regard to claiming ESA are still applicable? I have looked at the Black Triangle website and the information regarding this subject hasn't been updated since 2012. Unfortunately the contact form on their website doesn't work.

Yes, Regulations 29 and36 35 are still applicable. The Black Triangle advice is out of date for Reg. 29 and has been since 2013. Our ESA Claim guides cover the latest advice for both of these Regulations in the section on Substantial Risk.

Just to clarify Gordon - Regulation 35 is still applicable? Not sure if the Reg 36 you refer to is a new one or a typo?
