Hi I am applying for a paper assessment and was wondering if its okay to send letter to Capita via email as it would be quicker? Also if I'm refused can I still ask for a MC and if again refused can I appeal the decision.

You are very unlikely to get a Paper Based Review on your testimony only, you will need your GP to write to the Assessment Provider explaining why a face to face interview would be detrimental to your health and offering to provide any additional information that the assessor might require,
Asking for a PBR has no impact on your right of appeal if you disagree with the Decision.
