esa medical report was created by longjohn
asked for a copy of the report 2 days ago only had medical few days ago report came in post today says the client was found to meet the criteria for limited capability for work and work related activity the available evidence suggests review in the medium term would it be possible to give your opinion on this i know the decision maker will make the final decision many thanks

First, I am quite surprised you have a copy the report its DWP policy not to release the ESA85 until after a Decision is made.
The report is recommending an SG award, I can't see why the DM would not follow this.
