Hi, Just joined this site but been reading on this forum for a few years now. My wife has just received her ESA 50 renewal form. I will need to start filling it in soon so will be looking at the guides to help me. We have received a return envelope which is addressed to Atos WV98 1SN. We live in Scotland, I thought Atos no longer do the assessments. Can anybody clarify this. Thanks
Yes, ESA assessments are now done by a company called Maximus, aka HAAS, aka CHDA, however, they are using many of the locations used by ATOS and may be using up old stationery as well.
