I have recently completed another ESA 50 form and yet again no face to face assessment as medical evidence supplied was sufficient enough, I only received an 18 month reprieve until my next assessment this time. normally I am awarded between 2 and a half - 3 years between these assessments and my conditions are of a degenerative nature and worsening as my conditions are documented by consultants. I am wondering if I can log an appeal against the short reprieve I have on this occasion and if so could anyone please advise me of how to proceed with this matter. Thanks in advance.
ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment, as such the award length and/or reassessment date is not part of the Decision and cannot be appealed.
