esa and pip was created by jilks
Hi first time posting so... anyway my sister convinced me to apply for pip as she does a lot for me well most things really I am already receiving esa the result of my pip assessment was I'm not entitled to anything as they said I could do everything this is a lie but now I'm worried that my esa allowance will be stopped the last payment didn't go through and I had to spend an hour on the phone to get it my sister is adamant I should appeal but I don't feel up to it . Could anyone say whether I could lose my esa benefit as well thanks Jilks

It's not impossible that will reassess your ESA but it is extremely rare for this to happen, if they do then your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made on your claim.

You have one month to decide on whether to request an MR or 13 months to make a Late request for an MR with your reasons for the delay.
