MR advice was created by greenfield
Hi, I won my Pip appeal in June this year.
The tribunal reinstated my award which was reduced on review in July 2017. The tribunal also extended the award so I could reapply.
I had another pip assessment in October and have just found out that I have got an award which seems fair. It is only for 2 years though, which means another review in a years time.
Given that I have MS, and this would mean that I would have four assessments in the space of 4 years, I can’t understand the length of this award.
Can I do an MR for the length of award, and how would I go about doing this.
Thankyou.

Yes, you can request an MR but I have to warn you that we have not seen much success, certainly at the MR stage in regard to challenges for just the length of the award, you may have more success if you have received the Enhanced award for both components, so you need to be prepared to take this to appeal.

Our PIP MR & Appeal guide explains the process you will need to go through and the Submission document has a template request that you can use.
