When do the panel go through your appeal bundle ? Is it in advance or actually on the day ? The reason I ask is my bundle is over 400 pages so I could be there hours ! It’s a pip tribunal Thanks
They receive the bundle a couple of days in advance of the hearing but if they have a full diary then it is unlikely that they will go through it any earlier than the day before so that they don't confuse the evidence from one appeal to another.
