Tribunal result acknowledgement was created by marcobw
Hello
I had my tribunal case over two weeks ago. The decision to move me out of the support group was overturned, but I have not received any letter from DWP acknowledging this result, confirming my reinstatement and subsequent adjustment of my benefit. Is this normal? When should I expect to receive my letter?
Many thanks

Congratulations on winning your appeal, well done.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result and Christmas is likely to extend this.

Ah, OK. Thanks Gordon
I can relax a little now (if that’s even possible when dealing with the DWP)
