Hi, I’ve been on PIP for 3 years approx receiving full Motorbility and full Care, nothing enhanced. I’ve received a letter asking questions about my health and motobility. They tell me that if I don’t reply my PIP will be stopped. I feel anxious about it, don’t know why. I am writing to ask if you can give me any advice please? Paul Phillips

It sounds as if your award is being reassessed, does it end in December 2020?

The form is likely an AR1 Review form, is it labelled as "1043"?
