Correct, this is what the adviser said!! On the grounds that I also suffer from neurotoxicities, but not on any meds, I was told I could take longer to send the form back in, but no dates per say. My carer will send a note to both addresses, quoting the time of the call, the name of the adviser and her agent number, asap. Meanwhile, this give us the time to prepare the evidence, as well as fillingin the form.
