Good Afternoon, when PIP comes up for renewal can you tick the no change box and then stick a typed sticker over the boxes with what symptoms you suffer etc that mean you can't do that activitiy etc

It will depend on what version of the form you receive as the new version does not have the tick boxes and the questions are different but if you get the original version and the content is specific to each activity and general across all of them then I can't see a major problem.
