Does no PIP payment mean a no decision? was created by Whistler_Lightspeed
Hi, wife had PIP assessment on 1st December 2018 and was paid on 6th December 2018 so was due to be paid 3rd January 2019 and hasn't been. She was paid exactly 4 weeks to the day in Christmas 2017 so we can't see the delay this year being because of Christmas? Does this mean then it's probably a no for the PIP review? My wife received a text a week ago to say that the DWP have all her information. So, we guess as she's not been paid then she's more likely to receive a letter confirming the negative outcome of her PIP review? Is this a correct assumption?

It's certainly a possibility but the only way you will know is to contact the DWP office dealing with her claim.
