Dear Gordon
My husband has been for his PIP review medical today. When we sent the form back we didn’t enclose any evidence as we have no update evidence. Only what we sent with the original claim. Would the Nurse who did the medical today have all the information from the original form. As we read on this forum they are given all his previous claim papers? Please advise thank you

They should have it, reassessments are supposed to be done using the original PIP2 and the information attached as well as the new form but if you are concerned then you can take a copy of the information with you and ask the assessor to read it and include it your husband's file before they start the interview.

Thank you Gordon for your reply. He has already had his medical this morning , so will just have to hope the Nurse read previous PIP form and evidence best wishes
