On reading the decision makers decision for the MR, also noticed that they used 2 claimant questionnaire's for 2 separate years. Can I now request these documents along with the pip2 questionnaire which was filled in some time ago and only had subsequent AR1's to fill in since then. I understand that once we are accepted for an appeal we will get a copy of documents sent for this particular appeal but not the 'historic ones' they have also used. Is this correct?
At the moment we are reading through the 'support for clients with PIP mandatory reconsiderations & Appeals document (September 2018) which is very informative! but is there anything else we should be considering looking through for this appeal? Thanks
