Still on DLA was created by snowbird

I'm still on DLA,
the DWP have stated that all those still on DLA will be assessed for PIP by the end of 2019,
is this correct?

It's just the current target and it already seems likely that it will be missed by some margin, see

Thanks for the link Gordon,
it seems the DWP keep kicking the can down the road with these targets.
