Due to Fibromyalgia and frozen shoulder on top, my gp has signed me off indefinitely (i'm 62 and care worker), she asked if i could retire early, i said no i dont have a private pension apart from the one set up with the new legislation. I spoke to CAB they told me to try claiming ESA, i made the call and received the form ESA1. Is there a guide on here to download to assist with filling in the form. Many Thanks
