There is a presentation ( Not the right description) one can send in to a Tribunal ideally a few days prior which is not really meant for new evidence as that could delay things. Its more of a compilation of things you want the panel to talk about rather than them going down avenues not in your interest.
Do you mean a submission? Any information that you want the panel to consider must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the hearing.
