I asked for a paperbased asessment due to mental fragility and being unable to cope with face to face, unable to articulate past traumatice events, a letter from GP confirmed this she also said any distress could destabilise condition and cause the need for medical input. We were given paperbased for initial asessment and claim decision in 3 weeks. Hope this helped.
