What's the point of this DWP letter? was created by HoggitSloth
I've been in the Support Group since a Tribunal found in my favour in October 2013 and was surprised that it was during September I received the said form. It was filled out and returned within a few days of the deadline. Then on October 9th, I received a curious letter informing me that they "had enough evidence" to make a decision. No evidence was sent to them with or without the review form so what is the evidence they have enough of to make a decision.
Th HCP stated to the DM that I would need a medical as she was unable to advise just on the papers alone. Confusing eh? Considering the assessment isn't until the 29th January.

Are you sure this letter was in regard to your ESA claim? This is normally a PIP letter, I have never seen it used for ESA.
