Hi all

Just wondering what you'd consider to be an acceptable head start on written work etc for ESA50 form's arrival?

Also, is there anything 'in law' that the DWP can use against us for preparing ahead of form?

Several members have an ESA50 that they update every six months or so, the tricky thing is the evidence and balancing the problems with keeping it updated and not having anything that is up to date.

No, there is nothing in law that the DWP can penalise you for.

So, having pre-prepared extra sheets of writing to accompany the form, as not enough room on form to explain the effects of the question on me, it won't go against me then?

I understand about the evidence etc.

BIG HUG and many thanks for putting my mind at rest.

I cannot write for long periods without resting my hands and so at least now if the DWP query how I've managed to do the amount I have done, I can now explain that I had a head start.
