Section 5 SSCS1 Grounds for appeal was created by fastmoggy
When listing the grounds for appeal, what would be the best presentation?
By that do I keep it short and factual such as Activity - points awarded and reasons for disagreeing with that decision OR should we use the papers we sent for the mandatory reconsideration which explains in full but the 3 pages we have wont fit into the box provided.

It' up to you but if you intend to make a submission to the appeal then I would include less on the SSCS1, there is a completed SSCS1 in the PIP MR & Appeal submissions document.

Thankyou Gordon for your reply, Just read the article and the relevant section to us which was just about what we had in mind!
The last time we had to do this was over 4 years ago so a little rusty although we thought wed never be in this position again!
Ok so that's the final item so will be posting next week and hope things work out for us.
Thanks from the both of us
