Doctors letters used for evidence was created by fastmoggy

Noticed an anomaly here! We sent in a doctors letter which wasn't on the standard letter format and without the surgery stamp on it. however I did send in the surgery receipt for it with the surgery stamp on it.
Would this letter be referred to as 'legible' evidence or just 'hearsay' or even worse 'just a letter from 'whoever'?
To be honest we are going back to have this sorted as we had to pay for it but as it stands....what would the DWP think of it as evidence ?

You are making it very difficult for us to support you by asking each question in a new topic.

It doesn't matter what the DWP think, it is down to the Tribunal panel to decide whether they will accept it or not, so you have plenty of time to get the GP Surgery to confirm that it is valid.
