Hi, I have previously had two home assessments with Capita, year 1 and year 4. Is this likely to continue, or is there a possibility that I will be forced to attend at another location? I am 66 and although I am able to attend for a doctors appointment and very short visits, my general health is incrementally worse. My main objection is that I am administered quite a heavy dose of Morphine at 07.00 to enable me to get out of bed to be taken to the shower etc. If I was obliged to attend a centre somewhere it would necessitate an extra high dose of Morphine. This would make me very drowsy and seriously at a disadvantage and unable to participate productively in the assessment. Do you think this would be discriminatory and unreasonable? Regards Lewis

There is no reason why you shouldn't but you will need to provide up to date medical evidence that you cannot attend at their offices.
