1. ESA50 was sent late, over two weeks. 2. GP wrote a letter why late, and requested a home assessment. 3. Contacted my MP who kindly contacted DWP/CHAUDUK. 4. I phoned CHAUDUK today to ask if the f2f was still going ahead Tuesday coming 5. I was told and confirmed by em that the f2f was cancelled and didn't need one., I asked the agent to check if there will be a home assess instead. It was repeated that I didn't need an assess..
Question: how long will the DWP take to notify me as to: Either they stop my ESA, or put me in WCA, or stop all benefits? My next payment is supposed to be Thursday coming...and I dread the payment was stopped. I was told the reason they changed the assess date the 1st time, and gave a second date, was to prevent the DWP from stopping payments!! Now, if CHDAUK say I don't need an assessment, how can I prevent an error or similar causing payments to be stopped? Thank you.
You cannot be found Fit for Work without your attending a face to face assessment so Maximus is either recommending a WRAG or an SG award. ESA Decisions should be no more than 4-6 weeks.
