Incentives for PIP employees was created by Archer
Having followed PIP since it was thrust upon the disabled people of this country, i am amazed that the disabled and social care organisations have not fought the person who gave a working DWP method to a french company who when you read this site and others have very little interest in those this benefit was supposed to support.
like most we have read about the false information and other indiscretions about those assessed under PIP, and going by the high rate of appeals which are incurred compared to DWP, it is a wonder ATOS is allowed to carry out this judgement.
It appears that it might have been a money saving idea by someone who is not bought to answer these discrepancies and targets, and the extra work which must be heaped onto an over stretched NHS and GPs when have to get letters to back up appeals.
(Under DWP the doctors and consultants who knew each individual filled out a simple form and job complete, and minimal appeals?) A system simple that worked?
But then you read that ATOS are now trying to get NHS nurses with incentives. Which include a good wage (fair enough) But with cars that ATOS is taking from disabled people who need them, this is a disgusting slap in the face of disabled people.
This poor attitude needs to be rectified
