I was receiving full rate IB and was re-assessed 2011 and eventually awarded contributory Support Group ESA in 2013.
I have yet to be contacted by DWP but I don't see there being a money-owed situation for me. The rates for IB & ESA support were/are know.n at the time.
Is this issue more relevant for people on earnings-related/non contributory ESA?
Grateful if you could clarify, as I don't want t he DWP noseying around my affairs pointlessly,
