Can you tell me what changes in your circumstances would precipitate being moved to UC, I am currently on ESA support group and PIP, thank you.

In simple terms, if you have to make a new claim for any of the benefits that come under the UC umbrella then you will be migrated to UC unless you are receiving the Severe Disability Premium, in which case you are barred from claiming UC.
