could someone with paralysed limbs score points for awareness of hazards or danger on an ESA50? they are not always aware of burns/scalds/cuts. The questions is aimed at mental health but there doesn't appear to be any consideration anywhere else for the dangers faced by people with paralysed limbs...
There is nothing in the Descriptors that specifies that supervision, which I assume you are aiming for, has to be the result of a mental health problem, there's a section in the PIP Claim guide that covers "safely".
