Hello All,

I sent my MR last week 1st class recorded. Even though I have a tracking number and it showed as being signed for, I called DWP to make sure they had actually received it as my paranoia was making me believe I had sent it to the wrong address.

The woman I spoke with said my MR starts from the date I noted I was going to ask them to reconsider my case, which I did over the phone and told the woman I spoke with at the time I would be providing a written MR and further evidence.

Does this mean there is a queueing system in place and that my case will be seen to before it would would have if the first woman I spoke with hadn’t noted on the system that I would be making an MR?
