If I have understood your post correctly you have scored 18 points which places you in the WRAG again, so did you expect to be placed in the Support Group for your physical problems or were you hoping to meet the Substantial Risk criteria for the SG due to your physical issues as your post suggests?
Don't waste your time pursuing the assessment not being recorded, it wasn't and you can't change that.
Did you complete the ESA50 using our guides or did you join afterwards?
Which of the ESA physical activities did you expect to score for?
