hi gordon my sister (who suffered a brain aneurism and suffers fits) went for a review ftf and was given zero points on both elements, she sent a mr and still no change, she appealed and before the date to attend the appeal dwp phoned and advised that a decision has been made. enhanced on both elements and on going award......and a apology !!!. she sobbed with relief and shock
