Severe Disability Premium

HI,

Can you get severe disability premium if you are on contribution based ESA and live in Europe but not the UK
I have applied for PIP and am waiting appeal.

I'm afraid not, even if you are eligible for the Premium it can only be paid if you are receiving an Income Related benefit such as ESA(IR) and this is not payable if you are not resident in the UK.
