PIP Consultation report PA4 - input

I have received my PA4 and am currently working on requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration. I am unsure what is meant by "History of conditions show no specialist input for osteoarthritis and "History of conditions show no specialist input for medical health"
Having Googled specialist input I have no idea what this statement means.
Anyone know?

I have undergone counselling and CBT in the past, wouldn't this count as its not current? I sent documentary evidence which has been ignored.
I receive knee injections at my GP's surgery for Osteoarthritis so I guess these don't could either?

I didn't benefit at all from CBT.

I have cortisone injections in my knee as recommended and administered by my GP. I currently live in Cornwall and this is common practise in rural areas, if I were still living in Sheffield I would have had to go to hospital for the injection. I have never seen a consultant.

The HP mentions on 5 descriptors, "History of conditions show no specialist input for her osteoarthritis and 4 times "History of conditions show no specialist input for medical health"
I stopped taking medication for my mental health due. I have Menieres disease and found that antidepressants made me even more dizzy. I did explain this to he but she chose to ignore it.

I scored 2 points overall for wearing a hearing aid. I was in receipt of mid rate DLA for both care and low rate mobility. I will be sending in a Mandatory Reconsideration as she has not reported accurately what I said or did and there are 7 exercises on the musculoskeletal report that I am incapable of attempting. HP's who lie should be sacked for wasting tax payers money.
