Hi, I ha v received the letter telling me to change to pip. Do you have to make claim over phone or can you do it by paper form. If so does it take longer for decision. Thanks

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

You can make the request using a paper form but everybody who has gone down this route has had problems obtaining the form and you claim does not start until the DWP have a completed copy of it so if there is any way that you can make the phone call or someone can do it on your behalf then I would recommend it.
