Just wondering if anyone has had an ..ESA3(IBRD) FORM sent to them. As ive just received it from the DWP by post this afternoon.
Basicaly asking me to fill out the form for a period of 1 year where I was only paid ESA CB rate, not ESA IR rate. Meaning I may be eligible for 1 years owed monies.
Just wondering if other members have gone through this process at all.
Now filling out the form as it could be worth my while.
PS Gordon what are the ESA CB rate and the ESA IR rates please. That should give me an inclination what I may be eligible for.
PS and one final thing, are the ESA re-assessments running on time / on schedule or are there any delays such as back logs.
The rates have changed over the years but you can get a rough idea by putting your information into one of the online benefit calculators, the difference between what it shows and what you are getting will allow you to work out a rough back payment.
